In what was seen as thrilling Semi-Final competition at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, Ronaldo’s team Al Nassr was defeated by 1-2 to Al-Hilal.

The match started off with Ronaldo missing a great chance at 17th minute of the game, followed by a goal scored by Otavio for Al Nassr, that didn’t count. Hence the scoreboard was Nil at the Half time an all the attention was turned towards second half.

At the 62nd minute, Hilal initiates a counterattack and scores a goal as Savic dribbles down the center, slipping it past Nassr’s defense to Salem, who takes a touch and slots it into the bottom left corner.

Hopes for a comeback started diminishing for Al Nassr when, at 72nd minute, From the right flank, Michael delivered a cross, locating an unguarded Malcom, who headed it into the goal

However, following an elbow incident with Al Hilal player, Ronaldo was shown Red Card and sent off the field. Inspite of this, there was some consolation for Al Nassr as lone goal came in the 99th minute from Mane, after getting an assist from Ghareeb on it.
