As per a report from Business Insider, citing sources familiar with the company, the launch of GPT-5 is expected sometime around mid-year, likely during the summer season. OpenAI has reportedly already provided demonstrations of GPT-5 to select enterprise clients.
According to the report, feedback on GPT-5 has been overwhelmingly positive, with one CEO describing it as “materially better” than its predecessors.
